de Bolt "CHIEF"
64" wing span. The magazine article is included. Awesome article and plan of "Pappys" plane. Now you too can build and fly the same plane as one of RCs Grandfathers.
Now had you rather buy & fly some piece of crap built overseas and sold as a toy?,,,, or build and fly a really neat radio controlled model airplane from the "good ole days"?

Hal deBolt's Autogiro
I sure was happy to win this extremely rare and old plan on eBay. The plan was in good shape even though it was turning completely blue, so restoring it took me twice as long as I had originally estimated it to take. .... BUT ,,,, I like to be able to fly out of a tight spot and the plans claim that this gyro will slow to 5 MPH. WOW. That is slow. But can haul tail at full power! How COOL! And Hal deBolt was one awesome builder and pilot. He even shows the part number for the ball bearing for the rotor shaft. No guess work there. So I just had to buy the copyrights from Hal.
FYI, Hal lived not too far from me. About 60 miles. I heard Hal has past away. <sigh>
These are high resolution TIFF files containing 200 x 200 dots per inch.
The files will print a sheet 36" x 48". Also included is a 5 page magazine article which is really cool to read.
File $5.00
Fruit of the Loom?
See a auto-giro fly on Youtube.
FYI; This is the very first plan that I bought the copyright too back in the late 90s. I gave Hal $50.00 and I may have sold enough plans to have broken even by now.
I think? ,,,, Maybe you should buy one just to make sure?
