Piper Apache
A simple plane plan with NO canopy or cowl to purchase. A twin engine control line plan designed and drawn as clear and simple as it could have been drawn. This plane is built with half formers on upper and lower keels. A really nice way to build a fuselage such as this. You will probably need to print 2 copies of this plan. One to build on, one to cut up for part patterns. This is what makes having the file so darn handy. You don't have to make a trip to the print shop just to make a copy of the plans you just waited a week to receive by snail mail. (And then you discover it looks like crap as it is just a crappy copy of a crappy copy!!!) Think about it?
55" wing span. 40" length. This plane is a big one for Control Line and could be converted to RC by an experienced builder. She sure would be sweet with twin electric motors. FYI, the cockpit inside dimensions are over 6" wide by 7" deep! Yup,,, I told ya she was big...
The file will print a plan 36" x 46".
